MTG Service Maintenance Agreement

MICRO Technology Groupe's Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is a unique approach to client service and support. It gives clients peace-of-mind to know that their workstations and peripherals are in responsive and knowledgeable hands. Our agreement is actually an assurance policy for our clients. It assures that hardware/software will be repaired and maintained in a timely and competent fashion. In addition, it assures that MICRO Technology Groupe has set up a client’s hardware and software to run optimally, with a minimal amount of failures.

SMA Features:

Extends the manufacturer’s warranty to an on-site warranty for the period of the contract.

On site response within 24 hours of initial call.

If equipment can not be repaired on-site, a similar loaner piece of equipment will be installed (based upon availability).

Notifications of major system and software updates to keep you current with industry advancements.

Resolution of application and operating system software problems.*

Reduced prices on billable service calls, upgrades and training on covered equipment.
